ya i also agree there should be no limit also i say we should have a train map and when will you show the poll for the lowerd health i am very anxiuos to see what it is ......i really hope lowerd health wins

I really hope lowered health doesn’t win at all.
Would make the game like any other shooter mp out there - boring as hell because you die way too fast. What I want from a shooting multiplayer is to have firefights. Possibilities to get in cover, fire back and don’t die at first sight (just like it is at the moment, that’s what makes the mp so great). I know this sounds like a standard troll answer, but if there should be lowered health I really would stop playing the game (I still couldn’t wait for the single player experience in U3)… but hopefully, even if there is lowered health, there are different playlists for that or something like that.. hopefully. Because I really want to continue playing the most fun multiplayer shooter since Battlefield 1942.

dear ND, I know that you guys listen to our comments and take them into considereation, and I thank you for that. I agree with shosho, please take the 50,000 limit off because people with badge of honor will max this out in just minutes and so it’s almost useless especially when it comes to double case weekends. and Also, I saw two new player skins ( pinkerton and rika), why don’t people in USA have them as well?

First thanks for creating best game of the year, really amazing your piece of art¡¡

I email to you because I’m stuck in the chapter 23 when soldiers of Lazarevic fight first with two yeti ( monsters)

Before entering to the square where soldiers are located, I’m climbing and jump till I see soldiers shooting at yeti animals. I start shooting at enemies while yetis leave the squarer jumping all over the roofs. I kill the 4 enemies and going up across the rocky steps leaving behind the square. In front I can see a bug in the game as part of the front walls are missing and I can move around with no wall limitation. Furthermore there should be there one door to go on through the game but nothing I can see at that point.

Notice I was supposed to be fighting with more enemies which shoud be coming around, however only the first 4 group I faced with appeared in the square.

There’s nothing I can do , I have deleted saves I had recorded with no positive result I also eliminated your updating of the game and downloaded it again .. no result …. Remark I have a fat playstation 3 120 gigas and updated with the last issue and console works very well with other games and operations.

I have read through internet and some people seem to have similar problems in that particular point but they were capable of continuing with the game resetting console , things which did not work with me as most of the comments I have read all of them got frozen game once they killed all the enemies in the square and not the only 4 soldiers I just saw in my case.

I guess this is a bug guys but it looks I’m the only one which is blocked with no alternatives, as others who found this could overcome it in the end

Could you please help me??? What should I do???

just want to say your game is excellent but improvements that could be made are 1. co-op objective missions as dlc. and 2. eye of indra being able to be bought with in game money. est amount per episode $500k

again great game and i was so happy to see U2 win game of the year instead of MW2

I highly doubt that us uncharted fans in in NA will get the Baseball drake and the Pirate skins but please please naughty dog make the skins available for us here us in NA.I speak for All of the uncharted fans in the state when i say,if you dont make the eye of indra bundle available for us in the next PSN update,you will upset a lot of your loyal fans.

I purchased the Eye of Indra comics expecting to unlock the extra MP skins but I got nothing!

I live in NA, and now realize there is a “MP bundle” that gives you the skins and not the individual comics. I now feel screwed and very unhappy!

Hey, congrats on the GOTY awards, but I have a few suggestions.

Take away the 40k penalty and just make it like 5 or 10 minutes. It actually sucks when a party of 5 roman numerals joins a plunder game, then 2 of your team leave, the they don’t even attempt to capture their last treasure so they end up with 120 total kills, and I get a 8/26 k/d ratio. And yes they were like 20 levels above me so I had reason to suck, but not that bad.

Second, can you offer a 100 kill deathmatch? 50 is too little and might draw these ass holes away from plunders.

Get rid of the $40k penalty.

Every blog entry by you guys is just pretty much dominated by the above sentence, and will probably continue to do so until it’s gone.

I have not read ONE person saying the $40k penalty is good.

Honestly what is the big deal about leveling up? If they made it that easy to reach level 60, everyone would be at 60, and then what? Just play the game, you’ll level up when you level up, geesh.

Whoopes, I just realised you gives are talking about the penalty, my bad, yeah that seems harsh, I’ve never gotten a penalty (knock on wood) but for low levels it seems harsh. The penalty should be based on the level of the player, not a “flat rate”.

i agree

it is good in the fact that people won’t leave games anymore but i had a problem once. i froze in the loading screen in the beginning of a game and had no choice but to reset my ps3, but when i came back on, i lost $40k because it said i didn’t finish the game. that is really unfair. i want to continue to play this game, but loosing $40k because of a problem the game had really makes me hate this game.

im hoping you change the penalty to something better and more fair like a time penalty. That way this won’t happen again.

dude i had same problem. i delete all my save files. and i tried again and it worked eventualy. ull lose all ur game like what u finished it on. but u wont lose ur trophyes. thats how i did it anyways.

ok i know this is not in the right place but w/e.

naughtydog, how come players cant join a match after its started and other players have quit? ive been playing uncharted 2 MP ever since it came out and this is one of my only issues with the MP.

call of duty does it so easily. i dont think its fair for one team to be short handed the entire match.

I dont like how ppl compare MW2 with Uncharted but I have to agree with guerillageneral, in alot of other games those who do unfortunately leave the game r replaced. I get very irritated wen im playing Plunder and sum1 leaves. The game then gets very one sided. I mean theres a 1/10 chance your team is very cooperative you can still compete to live or even stop the enemy from scoring but it takes a very frustrating focus to do so and I dont have patience to wait for that 1/10 chance. ND please add a lobby or patch for players looking to join current games. If thats not possible lol please tell my why its impossible so I can have some piece of info that will stop me from losing 40,000$ from a game lol.

PS: PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZ MAKE A PLAYLIST FOR CRUSHING HEALTH because why shud n00bs get there way to live longer before they go for a RPG and blowing you to hell wen it cudve been avoided 2 begin with.

Hello Naughty Dog Team,
Uncharted and Uncharted 2 are two of the greatest single player games I have ever experienced, they were both practically perfect in story, graphics, and gameplay (except for maybe the aiming of grenades in Drake’s Fortune, I shutter thinking about it, thank god it was changed for the sequel). The multiplayer, as fun as it can be, and as you are definitely aware, has its issues. What most frustrates me are the inconsistencies. I’ve logged countless hours playing the multiplayer, and have become increasingly annoyed at the little glitches people seem to love exploiting and sucking the fun right out of the game for everyone else who is trying to play the way its supposed to be. As of late, I have decided to replay certain matches in the cinema, where the final score ends too one sided and certain players seem to perform suspiciously too well. What I’ve seen has confirmed what I always suspected in-game, “Something is going on for this game to be such a blow out.” From the few I’ve watched, i’ve seen people’s characters walk through walls, and shoot guys all the way on the other side of the map, getting the “long ranger” medal with so much ease it disgusted me. Countless times I’ve wondered “why am I dying so fast from gunfire (while running sometimes) I don’t even have time to react?” It seems as though I’m playing at 65% health, while everyone else is at 100%. Only to find out in the replay, they are registering hits on me even when their reticle is not even on me, sometimes even when I’m in cover. I was a big supporter of lowering the health to 65% as it was during the experimental weekend because it seemed to make the game more realistic. I just got done playing a match where my teammate and I were standing aiming and shooting two AK 47’s at an opposing player, who was running towards us shooting from the hip with his 9mm. We both unloaded on him, registering hits (you could tell from the blood splatter and his speed decreased, but he just kept churning against the wave of bullets, blindingly firing his 9mm at me no less) killing him, and killing me with a melee AFTER dying way outside of melee range. I am a competitive person, but if someone gets a fair kill on me, good for them, I’m not gonna cry about it like most people do, as long as it is fair. I’ve even accepted getting killed from behind with the shotgun with one hit (but when that same shotgun totting enemy is getting shot at dead on, absorbing bullets like the blob, only to kill me from way outside its range with one shot still pisses me off). If the health is kept the way it is at 100%, what would make the multiplayer way more fair and fun would be to address the glitches and exploits plaiging it, and making it more consistent (don’t even get me started with the inconsistency of the grenades). After the in game leaderboards were established, I decided to take a gander at my positing globally (even though my previous kills and wins are not taken into account, but whatever) and not suprisingly the same people I’ve seen exploiting glitches in game are the same ones with obsurdly high k/d ratios and win/loss ratios, (I’m sorry but when the rest of the world was an average win/loss ration between 0.5 and 8, and your sitting there with a win/loss ration of 12 or 15, thats suspect, I don’t care how good you are.) So anyways, in conclusion, great frikking game, GOTY no doubt, but if the multiplayer isn’t fixed, sadly I will have to move on to other games, even though I may really not want to.

here we go again another double cash weekend. good job but. take the 50k limit offfff. i make 50k in 5 mins. so whats the point in using the badges of honour? also the double cash wont do jack to us who have the badges of honour, take the 50000$ offffffffffffffff

I would like to see in multiplayer mode the ability to pick a character thats purchased, modify him/her a little to make him/her unique, then ben able to use that character for all modes especially coop! If there is a way to make this happen I would give this game a “far beyond exceeding expectations and other games” score.

Please ND you need to raise cash cap for 51+ levels… with double cash and medals now it will basically take barely 10 kills to cap if it stays to 50k… thx

Oh and here’s a little ingame bug that bothers me alot. It’s basically when there is a dead body on the ground right next to a little wall for example and you try to cover behind that little wall it will bounce me back of cover automatically for some reason...that’s it.

Enough with the new stuff. Fix the freaking error syncing player data already!!!!!!!! You guys seem to ignore players who are receiving this problem and instead just pushing out useless updates that have nothing to do with fixing this common bug.

Dear Naughty Dog,
I want you to fix everything
1. lower levels’ complaints and granting them
2. Europe getting DLCs and US does not
3. 50,000 limit
Okay so i have been hearing that you guys have been putting handicaps on higher levels, mainly 40+, and that its because of lower levels complaining. We think that lower levels should have a handicap too, like not starting off with any grenades because they don’t shoot us anymore just spamming grenades. They should earn their right to start off with it, but they can pick them up. That sounds fair. Why are we being punished for being at a higher level? We already have badges of honors and use them all the time. Why don’t you have everything how it was at first, except for glitches. We were at levels that were low before and we didn’t complain. How about the lower levels understand that they need more practice. We had to fight off higher levels and we got killed just as bad. higher levels worked hard and played more.

our 50,000 limit should be doubled on double cash weekends.and today is the update for the psn store, y dont we have our new skins yet?! why is it that an american company not giving their own country exclusives and some DLCs!!!! im highly offended. dont get me wrong, i love the game, but it still needs some adjustments. And with all these complaints with newbs, how do we know they are going to be playing this game as long as the higher levels have been playing. I say lower everyones health.

I don’t know if this is a widespread error, but I am unable to connect with uncharted multiplayer; the game displays the error: “error syncing models”. I remember seeing that Europe got new skins or something and I live in the US so possibly is there some connection there? Just a thought, but anyways, please fix this or suggest something to help me; I was looking forward to having an awesome coop survival.

UPDATE: Now I tried to go online again, and, after about 5 minutes of waiting and syncing live data, it told me to go run an internet test and something about needing a nat type 1, 2, or 3. I ran the test, and I have nat type 2, so I am wondering why this still isnt working.

The lower health really makes the game less fun. When more than one person shoots you, you die in a blink. You can’t even tell where the fire came from. It also rewards poor aiming. You just have to shoot or throw blast damage weapons in the general area to kill someone. There is also no time to get to cover now. If the lower health stays many people will quit playing. Just my two cents.

I have a few ideas , just hear me out.

New Maps:

*JUNGLE - similar to Borneo, teams spawn in a swamp on opposite sides of the map, right in the middle is a small campsite with a few tents players can hide in, however the tents can be shot thru, and maybe destroyed or burnt. Lots of bushes to hide in, trees to climb, secret hideaways such as treasure hiding spots in SP. Map based on stealth or close range weapons.

*OFFICE BUILDING - Massive highrise building with full-wall, breakable windows. some empty floors, some floors with office cubicles to hide in, staircases to get from one floor to the other. A roof floor with lots of places to take cover, Great map for Shotguns and Melee.

*CLIFFSIDE BUNKERS - Ok this is an idea that i think would be Awesome.
Two Identical Concrete Bunkers seperated by a Massive Canyon/Canal. with two bridges (one on either end) connecting them. Each bunker has 3 floors, A completely isolated bottom floor with all sorts of weapons and No windows, A second floor, which has lots of windows and can be seen into easily from opposite bunker, this is for snipers to snipe from. and a roof, which has many boxes and concrete walls to take cover behind and maybe a tower with a place to take cover.
Great for Snipers and if one team member can make it across the bridge without being torn to shreads by sniper fire they can easly wipe out the other team in such a confined area with a gun like a SAS. This map would be great for Chain Reaction, and may even introduce a new game similar to PLUNDER, however one team has to defend the treasure and the other team has to steal it. and halfway through it swithes bases. Sort of a “capture the flag” game mode.

lol, thats my main (and most interesting) idea out of the way.
now some charater skin ideas:

*Winter Sully (in his leather jacket)
*Winter Lazarevic (in a russian style trenchcoat)
*Heist Chloe (as seen in chapter two)
*"Skully" (skeleton Sully(idk))
*Doughnut Chloe

*Buff Drake (Muscley)
*"Indiana Drake” (with the indy hat and whip)
*Original Drake (with the white shirt)
*Camo Drake (in full army camo)
*Agent Drake (in a tuxedo)
*Beach Drake (in swimming shorts)
*Beach Chloe (in bikini)
*Beach Elena (in bikini)
*Beach Sully (loose hawaian shirt and sunglasses)*Museam Guard
*Nepal Resistance Fighter
*Lightweight Soldier (ones wearing gray in story)
*Badaz (Heavy machinegun guys(LOL @ NAME))

whew, finally. just throwing a few more ideas out there for the fantasitic people at ND to consider. it would make my year if any of these ideas actually made it into the game! THANX AND GOOD WORK!!
