D3 Publisher and IGN put together an invite-only level design contest for their recently released Nintendo DS title, Bangai-O Spirits. D3 Publisher asked only notable videogame industry designers to submit entries into their contest.

Word has come back to me that our very own Benson Russell designed a level for the contest. His level, “Verticality,” is now up and can be downloaded on IGN’s “Bangai-O Spirits Elite Level Design Contest” page.

Don’t forget to vote for Benson in the contest if you like his design!

Arne, this has nothing to do with this game, but shotgun campers are making the game horrible for first time uncharted and vets alike. I have ppl come to my store and complain about higher level players who run around with a shotgun, hop in close range and kill everyone. I understand its sort of a tactic, but is it possible to make the shotgun less powerful via update?

They come to your store and complain about higher level players? That’s nonsense - higher level players (much higher than my lvl 50) are excellent at distancing themselves from shotgun players. Its a good dimension to the game and in fact is a great DETERRANT for campers who sit tight with mid-to-long range weapons.

Haha, I got a connect 4 on level 51+ after they were spamming it. I started screaming, “Who’s got the gun now!?!? HUH!?!? HUH!?!?” They started running after the second guy I got. They were all camping in our base. EPIC. WIN.

Ok, I don’t really like the new health, but I will get used to it. What I really don’t enjoy is that when I wear the Invalid Badge and I become a one punch kill. I could understand if it was glass jaw because that’s the point but give me at least two, please!

and while im at it whenever i goto play uncharted 2 all my other games except for uncharted wants to work wtf is wrong with the dang on game it like it has a mind of its own i mean it works when it wants to whenever i don’t want to play it it works whenever i do it doesn’t???

Ha! That’s rich. Take even a cursory glance at the Modern Warfare 2 forum, and you’ll get literally DOZENS of threads complaining - with proof - about hackers, lagtastic lagfests, and the abysmally glitchy/unbalanced nature of the game. And the matchmaking. Oh, goodness, the matchmaking is awful. Why they couldn’t have stuck with dedicated servers is beyond all of us.

Oh, Call of Duty? That piece of crap? I wouldn’t even wipe feces from my ass with that game! The DLC is overpriced! When I buy Uncharted 2 DLC the price is a fifth of what I get for Modern Warfare 2. The players camp like crazy! I bought it and literally stopped playing after maybe two to three days. Uncharted definitely deserves Game of the Year. Uncharted 2 and Bad Company 2 are pretty much my favorite games, so think before you speak, because 98% of people here disagree with you.

i sewemed to have lost 2x as well i was still om 1.07 rebooted that seems to have fixed it wonder how much i got screwed for happened to see my melee go to 100.00 from 500. i haven’t logged out for 48 hrs
