Today’s Title Update, er, DLC announcement

Normally, we’d shed some more light on Title Update 1.05, but what we would be revealing is covered in today’s exclusive reveal by IGN about our upcoming Drake’s Fortune Multiplayer Pack DLC releases. Head over there to read about new maps, new skins, new Trophies and new Medals. I bet now the blurry portion from yesterday’s multiplayer menu screenshots now make sense! Hint: it’s the Trophy menu item.

All 13 of the new Medals will be added for everyone when Title Update 1.05 is released on Monday, February 15, 2010.

just played the new maps .awesome work by naughty dog.it feels like the uncharted i first bought no one is camping and its great!!! and i really really hope that it stays that way b/c camping an intire match it just stupid .and get very old fast!so to all the campers.if u want to camp ,camp but dont camp the whole match come out of your nest and be a part of the game.great job naughty dog .keep the good work up.
also have already seen a guy flying around the new map .not kool he was floating ledge to ledge
and remember campers this is UNCHARTED 2:Among Thieves NOT UNCHARTED WARFARE 2: Among Campers

you should make a contest in the match,1VS1 until theres only one left,the one tht won the contest wins a skin or a DLC,you should do this for xmas or hallowen(Im not trying 2 be like a boss or smthng,plz dont get me wrong,im just sharing my idea with you i think that it would be good..& also not to have boosters cuz everyone equipes situational awerenes)

i downloaded the new skins a couple of weeks ago and went to play station network to try and get the maps and cant get them!!!! whats the deal with 2 shots u die but u have to empty a clip on somebody!!!!!!

Im not paying for this DLC unless they fix the MP back to the way it was.  1.05 is a joke update that killed the online experience.  You guys ruined a good thing naughty dog, way to go.

I really hope these work with Gold Rush and Survival mode, they’re my favorite, especially with how big these maps seem… But how does this work with auto matchmaking and friends who don’t have the maps?

The skins are cool, but I wish there were more good guys, 2 heroes and 4 villains isn’t cool. I’d have thought Sully would be a no-brainer. I don’t think anyone gives a damn about Javier, why even include him (especially at the cost of Sully.) I will buy the level pack and probably the skins as well for the extra $2, but I hope for more interesting skins in the future. Skipped the Playstation Heroes pack due to the price. Good work on the game though, my favorite of all time!

Naughty Dog does a completely awesome job creating these maps but everyday people find new ways of finding glitches and bugs. There’s actually a way that i figured out how to do, that lets you go through just about anything. I spend most of my time finding them to help you guys fix them so we can play without glitches. Naughtydog, if you want to e-mail me or something i can show you everything I know. My e-mail is , yeah I know stupid e-mail address.

nice going to buy it when it comes. and, is anybody else having a problem seying some videos in cinema mode?i can’t see some of my videos, always when i can’t them the picture of the character of one guy disapears and i am stuck in the loading video starter menu

Well, since I kinda stepped away from Uncharted 2 mp for some time now I have two questions: Do TEAM DM & Extermination games count towards the two related trophies or do they only unlock via free-for-all? And are the new trophies earn-able now that the DLC is not out yet?

Auto shoulder adjust is Completely unnecessary. Why have 1 shot sniper. Why Have A MONEY limit of $50,000, And WHY have TWO boosters that do the SAME thing (one punch for invalid&Glass;jaw). Also, WHY have you not Stopped the ability to use THREE BOOSTERS??? Also, i’m Still seeing people glitch inside of maps (i can too but its cheap & unacceptable) Sorry ND but if you cant handle the complications of multiplayer then Stay in single player, its what you do best

The dlc maps don’t work for me! fails to recognise them, apparently it’s a region problem and the only work around is to delete your ucharted 2 save data. I just payed 4 pound for nothing so naughty dog can go * themsleves the robbing bastards!

The only disappointment of this DLC is the lack of female skins. I would really like to see a female skin of Nariko from heavenly sword. I think this would also attract more people to buy the dlc.

I’ve downloaded the first expansion with the bunker area and the other one, with no luck - everytime I sign into Multiplayer, it says that I need to go the PSN-store, download and install again - any advice on how to fix this ? Can I remove from some data, like version updates, or similar ?

I’ve recently purchased the 2 DLC packs for Uncharted 2 and it doesn’t works with my version of the software/disc.

I then started to research the web and found out the Regions issue. That was so frustrating…
I really clicked the link to download blindly because of my confidence in Naughty Dog excellence. Really, I was totally devoted to buy this content from you, to support the game and all…

But I got a kick in the face when I tried to open the content in multiplayer and bang! No DLC map found…

I mean, that same message was the one that took me to the PS store to buy the content that didn’t worked.
If the content doesn’t work for my Bluray region -psn network combination, than what’s the point to offer me DLC in the first place?? That’s very very lame!!!

I see most of the people blame Sony for this, I disagree.. I believe you’re responsible for the games you develop and market.
That’s why I bought the content without even thinking, blinded by trust. I bought your content, not Sony. (even if the game is owned by Sony somehow)

All users say there’s no way to get a refund.
I want to receive from you this refund, not from SONY. Can be in the form of anything… I just spent 11 Euros in content that cannot be used.

Right now, all the positive aspects of your company brought up by development - have been totally shadowed by this bad commercial practice, sales-marketing…

Help me regain my trust in your company, please provide me/us with a solution.

Right now I feel totally SCAMED.
