We’ve got some basic career and game history stats for the Uncharted 3 Beta up and ready for your viewing pleasure!

As the rest of the team has been working incredibly hard on the remaining tasks to complete Uncharted 3, other folks at the studio - namely Jason, our in-house web developer - have been working really hard to allow you to view some of your Beta stats.

We’re glad to let you know that you can now view a LIMITED set of BASIC player profile stats and a summary of your game history, right here on NaughtyDog.com. To check your stats, make sure you’re logged into PSN on NaughtyDog.com and hit the “Uncharted 3: Beta Stats” navigation item in our menu above or click on this link!

We wanted to be sure that everyone who is looking forward to the Uncharted 3 Beta rewards (details at the end of this post) have an opportunity to check up on their progress. This will allow you to do that – the Uncharted 3 Beta stats allows you to check your level and go through your game history to figure out how many games of each gametype you’ve played.

We’ve thrown in a few more, basic, profile stats like kills, deaths, headshots, wins, losses and the time you’ve spent playing either Competitive gametypes or Cooperative gametypes.

We’re looking forward to the October and November, when the FULL Multiplayer mode of Uncharted 3 will be available – which will have a comprehensive package of stats displayed on a redesigned NaughtyDog.com.

Some of you have also been wondering what time exactly the Uncharted 3 Multiplayer Beta will be shut down. The Beta ends at:

Friday, July 15, 2011 at 9:00 AM PDT
(what time is this in my city?)

If you’ll notice, that’s a bit after July 14 – oops! Now you have just a little extra time to hit those requirements for the Beta rewards!

Stats don’t show up for me- I can access the page just fine, but there aren’t any numbers next to the categories. For “time played” in co-op and competitive, it says 16:00:00 for each. On the match history tab, it says my last match was Dec 31st, 1969. I tried logging in and out repeatedly as well as making sure I was logged in BEFORE I clicked the link. Please help!!

Thanks for the quick reply Arne - still no luck though. I’ve tried quitting browser, emptying cash, clearing cookies, etc. If it helps diagnose the error, I’m using the latest version of Safari on a Mac.

IF you’re still getting issues with stats not coming up - we’re actively looking into it. Your data is all there, we’re tracking down a few sources where the data doesn’t want to play nice with how we’re displaying it on the site. We didn’t experience this before we but the Beta stats up - gar!

Stats aren’t showing up either. In fact, trying to view the stats page now comes up with this

“Database Error: Unable to connect to your database. Your database appears to be turned off or the database connection settings in your config file are not correct. Please contact your hosting provider if the problem persists.”

Am using firefox if it matters at all.

Yeah, I also get the same errors(December 31st, 1969), and counting everything I have in the match history it says I have like 15 or so more Team Deathmatch games than I personally have jotted down, less Team Objective games, etc.
I only jotted down games where I got to the end screen AND got money for the match. Could these 1969 games actually be the other games I played normally?

I’m one of the players who went back to level 1, and I checked the stats, but I can see only the stats of my profile after my level was reseted. It’s like I never played the beta before the bug. ND, I loved the Beta and I’m pretty sure I’ll buy UC3, but these bugs are really annoying…

So far a lot of the games show December 1969 and TDM on some of my most recent games. I have played no TDM at all within the last 24 hours and have been trying to cram all the games I need left today.

According to the stats I have:

50 Team Deathmatch games
9 Free-For-All games
10 Three Team Deathmatch games
0 Plunder games (I have definitely played at least 2 so far. Those were on my match history earlier, but now they have disappeared)
7 Team Objective games (I played 10 today to get all the ones I need. I know for sure, I counted carefully)
5 Hardcore games
5 Coop Arena (I’ve played more than this for sure)
5 Coop Adventure (I’ve played more than this for sure. I played it 5 times the first day it released and 2 more today)
3 Coop Hunter (I played 5 today)

These stats are inaccurate.

Yeah, I am having the same problem as everyone else. Could it have anything to do with https://store.playstation.com being down? It currently says:

“Maintenance Notice
The server is currently down for maintenance.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.”

Wow naughty dog, its like you guys don’t learn from your mistakes.
Levels resetting, same glitches and now SAME STATS PROBLEM… Uncharted 2 all over again.
This is not youre first online game anymore.
Yes this is a beta but im sure the same problems will continue in the main game, like it did in u2.
U2 beta was 100% better seriously.
Go back to that. I wanna play that beta forever.

@Sulphury, idiot.

Same stat problems for me (31st Dec 1969)don’t mind about general stats just game type amounts for us collectors.

U2 stats are working fine.

On another note I have just ordered fireworks and champagne for midnight, Wooop wooop 2 new years eve parties in one year and I get to wear flares!

This is a brand new stats system actually, so we’re doing this all over again for the first time. New way the data is being recorded, new way the stats feed is being sent to the site, new servers, everything. There’s going to be some kinks in the system now so they aren’t there later.

ND, I’m sure a lot of issues are due to heavy loads at the moment, but I have other concerns as well. I didn’t see any easy way of knowing how many of any given game-type has been played. The best I could come up with was to go through my Match History page by page and total it up myself. No biggie, but my final results were NO-WHERE what I believe they should have been.

I had been keeping track myself since day one, and only counted matches that I was there from voting until end. I should have at LEAST 10 of every competitive match and 5 of each co-op match, but according to that list I don’t even have 5 of certain competitive modes.

There’s the issue of the 1969 matches, what are the odds that things are just buggy and not showing me my exact matches? Or, am I screwed on ALL those matches I was there for, and need to get busy re-doing it?

Well, I’ve sort of figured things out. The issue seems to be an error loading (duh), but what it does is either not load he Match History at all, or when it does load it randomly says the 1969 date and always Team Deathmatch, with no Win/Loss recorded.

Thankfully, I started noticing that occasionally I would get the same matches with a Win/Loss and noticed that they were the same each time, so I came to the conclusion that that match data is sort of like a “broken icon” image, in that the correct data is there in that spot, you just can not see it at that time.

So I made a 40 x 4 grid (40 pages of matches for me, 4 matches per page), and in each CORRESPONDING spot on each CORRESPONDING page, I wrote in the match type if it had a Win/Loss recorded (these are the one’s that have types other than Team Deathmatch and an accurate date.)

It takes MANY refreshes to get any data at all to come up, and it took many times going through, but eventually I got all my data sorted and figured out. So assuming that all those matches that I saw here on the site count, I’ve more than achieved every goal, so I’m good to go. (I never thought it’d take long to figure out how much I’ve done than to actually do it :-p)

Went through my stats and they seem to be inaccurate. I definitely have more than 10 of each mode because I marked down each game as I played.

Don’t make me replay another 7 co-op hunter games. It was bad enough the first 10 times.

My stats finally showed up after refreshing the page several times but they only show up to july 8. I’m just gonna go off whats on there right now and play the ones i need from there, ND you guys are doing a GREAT job. i love the beta and can’t wait for the real game. only a few complaints that i’m sure will be fixed by the time the game comes out. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

As you have already above. Getting 1969 as a date. My number of games is definitely wrong. Says I have not played 2team deathmatch at all- ive played at least 5. Says one coop adventure- played at least 10. Says ive played 77 Team deathmatch- not correct.

I’m sure the problems will be sorted out soon. Thanks for taking the time to do this for us Naughty Dog, even though it’s probably a busy time. I only played the Uncharted 2 multiplayer for the trophies, but I really enjoyed this beta and I’ll definitely be playing a lot of it come November.

I do concur but my stats are not appearing either good chaps. I have accomplished everything needed to get all the beta goodies and yet for some weird reason nothing is being shown (it does not even give me a number). I do hope to see this fixed in the future. Hell to make matters easier you might as well just give all participants the beta goodies unless things are fixed. Do have to say I have been enjoying the beta...might actually be able to do my summer homework once it finishes.

Just in case anyone is scrolling straight to the bottom, I sort of came up with a way to figure out how much you’ve done. It takes a lot of time and effort, though, so it may or may not be worth it to you. See my above comment(s) for details.

I would like to see if I got every rewards for this beta! I played alot and fully enjoyed it but did anyone addressed the issue that the boosters do not work sometimes in Coop adventure yet?

This history is kind of useless atm…
I know I did all the requirements yet the history says otherwise
In fact:
It said I got 6 Hardcores the first time
2nd time I checked, I had 3.. didn’t know I lost 3 matches
3rd time I checked, I got 2 hardcore finishes..

Everythings blank, expect for match history which says my only game I played was December 1969 team deathmatch…
I also had about 10 ‘missing return URL’ problems when trying to sign in :(

I appreciate that this is a BASIC preview of some of our stats. But from what I can see so far, we are being presented with a list of every individual game we’ve played. Which for the purposes of this Beta, doesn’t interest me.

All I’m after is list of all the game types… and a little number next to it saying, how many I’ve played. I’m eager to secure all the Decal Pack bonuses, so that’s all I need for now.

Im level 31 and according to my career stats I didn’t even kill anyone! Its blank. And I did it 43 years ago.!

I think its not working because I doubt that is true.

Nevertheless im pretty sure ive done everything but it dosent hurt to check. Can you please fix this before it closes much appreciated.

Btw cheers naughty dog for creating masterpiece that is uncharted.

Naughty Dog, Are you guys planning on giving us 3x money or more for Uncharted 2? MANY of us still are waiting for Uncharted 3 to have 3x money or more...MANY of us still play Uncharted 2.. We will still be playing Uncharted 2 Until UC 3 comes out.. So give us the money NaughtyDog…
