Things are definitely looking a little bit different around here lately, don’t you think? As you can see, we’ve made some changes and improvements on NaughtyDog.com to help us start talking directly with some of the most important people we know – you.

Whether you got to know us all the way back during our Crash Bandicoot years, joined Jak and Daxter on their adventures on the PS2 or, more recently, helped Nathan Drake search for El Dorado, you’ll know that one of the things we treasure most are our fans. Over the years, we have received countless letters and e-mails, and even a few special visits to our studio, and we’ve constantly thought of how we can open up Naughty Dog a little bit more and give you the opportunity to see what happens inside our studio. We’ll be updating the blog regularly about everything we can at Naughty Dog, even if it’s not specifically related to the game we’re currently working on. We’ll read every single comment you leave and we’ll try to answer as many as we can. If that’s not enough, we invite you to head over to our forums if you want to interact with other fans and you’ll even find a few Naughty Dogs poking about here and there.

Our dedication to our fans isn’t limited to NaughtyDog.com – you can find us on Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and at least a few other places on the Internet, where you can also leave a comment or find a way to get in touch. We’ll also be posting info on industry conferences we’ll be attending, any events we’ll be holding or even informal meet-and-greets we may hold from time to time. Cross your fingers and maybe one day in the future we can invite a lot of you to come visit us at the studio!

Our job isn’t done here – we’re constantly looking into the future and we’ve built NaughtyDog.com with that in mind so we can change or add whatever features or functionality may be needed to make sure our website is the place for anything and everything Naughty Dog.

Yeh nice job.The first was great. Now the demo is a sight to be seen. Cant wait to see the SP of the game. The only thing I have seen that would have been nice: More gore.Blood seems to be on a low & also the AK-47 is a bit weak to me. Sure takes alot of shots to bring down a player.

I purchase U2: Among Thieves a little after midnight and already am on Chapter 3. Thank you for bringing a sequal to Uncharted.

Graphics are amazing!!! Well Done NaughtyDog.

Any chance of an Uncharted 3?? - sorry to be so greedy but these games are far above the rest. They are unique from anything else out there.

Thanks Naughty Dog,..you have totally surpassed everything a videogame should be with this current venture,..and playing it is like being part of a wondrous undertaking.
Iv’e seen people complaining about freezes and such but not here,..the game is as smooth as an oil slicked bowling alley for me.
So,..in passing,...al I have to say is,..if you are looking for folk to hire,..i’ll gladly be a gopher until I prove my worth.
Great job guys,..have a cup of suds,...you deserve it.

After updating the firmeware 3.0, the game started to freeze. I hope that Sony and Naughty Dog from providing it to update the game to fix this error. I would love to continue playing this great game, waiting for his long-awaited follow-up.

Fix uncharted! firmware 3.0 is killing my game. I’m seriously thinking about returning my sp3 slim. Which is bad for you and Sony. I bought ps3 and uncharted (awesome Game) but it crashes all the time. so please pull some strings at Sony and tell them to roll back to firmware 2.8 so we can actually play this game..

My Uncharted 1 will no longer work either since the 3.0 update. I have a PS3 slim and would like for Naughty Dog to make a statement on it just saying that they are working on a patch for it. It’s just weird how Sony and Naughty Dog have been so quite about the situation.

Hell yeah! A huge fan of you guys since the original Crash Bandicoot (I weep at what has become of it :’( you guys should repurchase that franchise and keep it locked away safe in your catalogue), loved the Jak & Daxter series (apart from Jak 3 and X) and also loved Drakes’s fortune!

I bought the majority of your games simply because it said “Naughty Dog” on it!

Great new interface for the website, I was indeed necessary to update it, and looks awesome, good job!

It’s also more community-friendly so that’s nice. Now if only you had your own boards intergrated on the website, that’s be the cherry on the cake. (French expression)

Congratulations on going gold and opening the site. It’s mindblowing following all the content and features you’ve packed into U2 and it’s nice to see a wider gaming audience and the press recognise all your hard work this time round. Seems you’ll be setting a new quality standard in both single and multiplayer modes.

It may be helpful to display a comprehensive list of game features as the last fact sheet is missing a lot now, retailers are displaying this outdated info too so I don’t know if you can prod them extra hard to swap in your updated spec. I’m sure there’s still more to announce and demonstrate but don’t leave it too late! The official Uncharted 2 site hasn’t been updated since the E3 media + awards and downloads aren’t starting after choosing a HDD destination.

Good luck in the final month leading up to release.

looks awesome guys. you guys make every thing awesome. this is my first time on your blog as we only got broadband tha otha week, slow as down here in NZ. love all your guys games from crash bandicoot thru to uncarted. bought them all and cant wait to buy uncharted 2 among theives on tha 16th of oct (scee pal release date if im not mistaken). i seem to have had no troubls with uncharted 1 and 3.0, infact just finished my 21st playthru yestaday! just got my platnium trophy 2! im really sad that i cant get the u2 hunters edition im lyk ya biggest fan, but was wondering how you get it exactly? cant wait, and keep making awesum games! ~anihilator

Good looking site. Albeit I never saw it before hand so colour me impressed as this is my first time seeing this website in any shape or form.

The stats page for Uncharted 2 is great though I hate how it shows how bad I am. Seriously 44 kills and 123 deaths really not good haha. Though keep up the good work, great game and great site.

Started becoming a fan of Naughty Dog way back when i got Jak and Daxter TPL, amazing game, then Jak 2 and 3 came out and i was blown away!!! Even Jak X i liked. I thought naughty dog couldn’t make as brilliant games as Jak was but then came uncharted!!! (even if it keeps breaking because of the update). I love ND’s games because of the gameplay, the humour, well just everything. Bring on Uncharted 2!

Are my stats on the site a combination of my stats from the closed beta and the current demo? Because it says that I’m level 17 and that I’ve got a total of about 215,000 dollars but I’m only level 14. Also will these stats carry over to the actual game so that when I get the game I’ll already be level 14?

i just want u to know u2 is gonna b my online game, not even modern warfare 2 ......, please i hope u had started working on the third one , im not gonna lie to you , MGS is the best saga 4 me but man uncharted comes next , CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!

Naughty Dog please hear me out. I know you guys are thinking about making a new Uncharted game and want to give you a great idea. For the next adventure you could make Nathan Drake follow the foot steps of a muslim traveler called ibn Battuta. He traveled 75,000 miles (three times as much as marco polo) traveling the greatest distance in recorded history. He lived back in 1350, and was born in Tangier in Moroco. He started by traveling from North Africa into the Middle East then Up into Turkey and Europe then into India and going through indonesia to China and comming back.He literally traveled all of the known countries going through 90. So basically with this guy you can make a epic game that can vary greatly. Also he came back from his 29 year jorney and wrote it all down.
Thank you for reading this Naughty Dog if you could consider this idea it would give you no limits on what your next game could do!

Hey Naughty Dog! Uncharted 2 looks incredibly fantastic; don’t worry at all about sales because it will be going through the roof! I was hoping that for Uncharted 3 you could make a Female Villain. To break the trend of Male Superirority and stuff, and I love Chloe so please bring her back!

You guys rock and make sure there are loads more Nathan Drake adventures to come!! :D

Wow guys i have never been a fan of a Naughty Dog franchise game but Uncharted and Uncharted 2 has to be one of the best games I’ve ever played and that includes all the GOW series (so far) and Final Fantasy!! good Job and keep up the good work. Cant wait for part 3

Love the site and I LOVE Naughty Dog! Uncharted 1 & 2 are simply put, Works of Art. The story telling, amazing attention to detail, and the great animations are just jaw dropping. This game really shows that Naughty Dog loves there fans and that they have an amazingly talented company. I will support every game you guys make, because you believe in releasing a quality game. A quality that is missing in most developers today.

I am having freezing problems with this game about every 5-10 mins. I hope a patch comes out soon to address this issue. No other games are having this problem. Firmware I have is 3.01 on a 40Gb model PS3

Uncharted 2 I awesome SP and MP but when are you guys going to do Jak And Daxter 7(After the lost frontier). I just want to play a Jak game on the ps3. On the Ps2 Ratchet and Clank were rivals with Jak and Daxter but now Ratchet is releasing a third one (including th one on PSN). When are you going to make a Jak game?

GLITCH IN ICE CAVES ON MULTIPLAYER

I don’t want to say where it is or how to do it for fear of it being exploited before it gets fixed. I was shown it by a friend the other day and really think it should it be fixed. A NaughtyDog rep can email me at and I’ll be more than happy to provide details and a photo of it.

ps. on a happy note, I’m loving the game and thanks for continuing the series! Can’t wait for the next one!
pss. could the friend list be fixed? I’ve played numerous matches and the list never reflects those especially I’ve played with. Or better yet, could the list be part of the XMB like other games? I’m sorry to complain, but with all the different usernames with different numbers, hyphens, do-dads, it’s hard to remember who I just played to add them as a friend or send some message to somebody (mostly apologizing for grenading a teammate. lol!).

I am sooooooooooooooooooo pissed. I keep getting penalized for network errors. I have lost a total of 160,000 thousand and my level had been reduced by 3 skill levels. I am not leaving the match, just getting diconnected. I have emailed naughty dog about it, and received no response. I hope somebody from naughty see this message and respond ASAP.

WHAT?!!?! You guys got rid of the Crash section! *sigh* You guys got rid of my favorite Naughty Dog product. I still have CTR in my PS3 right now. I wish you guys would atleast attempt buying Crash back and making a new game. No mutants...make it how it was. Please. But nice website. Do you guys have a place to go if I need any help with Crash games? I’ve searched on websites like IGN but can’t find what I need. Please...try to make atleast one more Crash game...even if you guys aren’t with Universal, I would be willing to bet you would make much more money buying back a classic that got destroyed and fixing it. Honestly. Please atleast try. For the sake of your millions of Crash fans that don’t want the horrible modern Crash games. The last decent game outside of Naughty Dog that was a Crash game was Nitro Kart and Bash. Still, Crash is dead now. BRING HIM BACK!

uncharted 3 beta awesome game but if you could just get get rid of the people who glitch such cheaters well i hope naughty dog finds a way before the game comes out otherwise it going to ruin the fun of playing deathmatch and the rest of the online gameplay....
