Localization Manager (Temporary Assignment)

This position is for a temporary engagement through our staffing partner Yoh Services.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position.


  • Track outgoing/incoming digital assets (audio files, cinematic movies, menu text strings)
  • Create deliveries to send out to the territories for foreign localization
  • Script as Read for subtitles for all game audio files, cinematics, IGC’s
  • Communicate with localization producers in Europe & Asia to keep all partners appraised of when to expect deliveries and of any issues or changes
  • Identify bottlenecks during the process and provide solutions
  • Tracking and bug fixing
  • Answer any queries the translation teams may have about files sent out
  • Track cinematics coming from the territories and outgoing to the mixing studio
  • Identify and communicate any issues
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Requirements & Skills:

  • Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, Final Draft
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal, written, organizational and communication skills and great attitude
  • Able to see the big picture, problem solve, and determine priorities
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages with keen attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

  • Shipped at least one title
  • Familiarity with SoundForge, ProTools, Reaper, and Adobe Premiere
